StratoFlow Ltd exists because the two halves of an operational problem — the process and the system — are almost never solved by the same people, and the join is where the value leaks away.
Why we set it up
Anyone who has run a logistics operation has lived this cycle: a consultancy produces a strong recommendation, it is handed to a development partner who has never seen the site, and the thing that eventually arrives solves the problem as it was described rather than as it exists.
We put both capabilities in one team. The person who spent a week on your goods-in dock is the person who writes the acceptance criteria. The engineer who builds the allocation logic has read the same shift reports. It removes an entire category of failure — and it makes us accountable for the outcome, not just for our half of it.
We are based in the United Kingdom and work across the UK and Europe, on site where it matters and remotely where it does not.
